Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by hand. We use high quality disinfectant cleaning products to ensure a desirable and sanitary experience.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, mechanical rides and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (100ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Yes, please call our office if you do not see your area listed in our service area. We serve Charleston, Dorchester, and Berkeley County’s. 

Setup is included in the price of the rental. Delivery fees will be calculated at time of check out. Standard delivery fee is $25 which covers the first 5 miles from our location in Ladson. Each additional mile over 5 miles, and up to 26 miles. Anything over 26 miles is an additional $5 per mile.

If the weather turns bad, there is no fee to cancel or reschedule as long as you inform us at least 4 hours prior to set up (we will call you with a delivery window the day before). The deposit amount will be saved as transferable credit, which can be used within 1 year from the original event date. Once we have set up, we require full payment regardless of use as we have to pay our employees for their hard work. NOTE: Unless the weather is so bad as to risk our equipment and your safety, we leave the decision up to you since your area might not be affected by weather conditions as much as another. Our main safety concern is wind. When winds go higher than approx. 20 MPH, jumps become unsafe regardless of our tie down methods. If you are concerned, please call our office.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.

Yes all orders require a Credit Card deposit, which is 25% of the total order. Please note your rental is not reserved in our system until the 25% deposit is received.

We will call you the day before your order to confirm a delivery & pick up window, and to make sure someone will be at the party location. That time frame depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 6 hours in advance.

Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

The 25% deposit required to reserve your order is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, it is transferable to a new order for up to 1 year from the Original Event date.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. If you notice this during your rental, please alert us immediately so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. wearing shoes on the rental, allowing too many rides on at a time, allowing sharp objects, damage from silly string, etc.) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower, etc., Unless you have purchased the damage waiver which will waive you from accidental damage that may occur but not including neglect. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign on all of our safety rules so that you can be trained properly.

We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can’t set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. Note: All jumps must be staked or tied down to something. If you have synthetic turf or concrete for your set up area, please let us know. we will need to tie the jump to something very sturdy / provide sandbags for concrete surfaces.
